Carlien moved from Gauteng to Kleinmond in 2023 after leaving a 25 year teaching career. After qualifying as a real estate agent at KW Dynamic in Somerset West, she joined Overstrand Property Professionals, hoping to build a successful career as a real estate agent in the Overberg.

Ferdi Kukard
Property Practitioner
Ferdi worked in the corporate sector up until 2006, when he moved to Dullstroom, Mpumalanga and started a successful business running his own guesthouse. He joined Engel & Volker Real Estate Agency as an estate agent and was later also involved in Zest Properties in Dullstroom. After being involved in the golf course at Highland Gate Golf & Trout Estate for 8 years, he decided to move to Kleinmond to join and become part of Overstrand Property Professionals as a shareholder and sales agent.

Lien Harding

Lien joined the Real Estate Market in South Africa in 2008 after a successful corporate career as Business Manager & member of the Executive Board at Radiospoor Cellular and as Regional Manager of Nedbank in the Western Cape.
She moved from Sotheby’s Real Estate to KW Realty and in 2021 joined KW Dynamic as a sales agent and Productivity Coach with 71 interns.
She obtained an International Diploma from CCE: Coaching for Better Performance.
In 2023 she moved to Kleinmond to join Overstrand Property Professionals, focusing on long term rentals and sales from Pringle Bay to Hermanus.
She is a Master Practitioner in Real Estate (MPRE).
Lien’s strength is her ability to establish and nurture relationships with her clients. She is a people’s person and believes that her clients are her greatest asset.

Louis Harding
Master Practitioner Real Estate
Louis started his own real estate agency in 2003, after having been involved as sales & marketing Director with a leading information technology company for 20 years prior. Since then, he owned two well-known real estate franchises, and he was the founder and co-owner of a leading real estate franchise in Somerset West from 2020 to 2023 building the company from 23 real estate agents to well over a 100 real estate agents and guiding them on their journeys to success. After expanding the Somerset West business to the Overstrand he decided to open a family-owned real estate company. As shareholder and Principal of Overstrand Property Professionals (OPP) Louis is looking forward to establishing a company with high ethics and unsurpassed service to all its clients, making OPP the company of choice when it comes to buying, selling & renting properties. Louis is a qualified Master Practitioner in Real Estate (MPRE) and fully understands the dynamics of the real estate business.
